Supportive Spaces

Find the right peer support group for you

Gentle, confidential gatherings where those facing fertility and family building journeys can connect with others who truly understand. Together, we hold space for grief, hope, and the complex emotions of the journey — without judgment, pressure, or need to explain.

An infertility diagnosis, follow-up treatment, and family building are just physically and financially draining. We know it takes an emotional toll. That’s why we provide you with opportunities to connect with your peers for emotional support.

Yesh Tikva’s free Supportive Spaces create an inviting virtual space where everyone can listen and share. Our goal is to provide a caring environment where you can meet others navigating similar infertility journeys, family building stories and more.

What can you expect?

Compassion

We are holding space for you. We are present, listening and making sure that you feel heard, loved and supported.

Conversation

Sometimes it can feel very lonely and can be difficult sharing with others. Our groups provide you with a place to safely end your silence and share with others who understand.

Community

You will have the opportunity to connect others in a similar space on their fertility journey. In this space you are not an “other,’ you are one of us, a valued member of this community.

All peer Supportive Spaces are free of charge and facilitated by trained experts

Please Note: All Supportive Spaces are facilitated by trained mental health professionals to create a safe and compassionate environment for peer support. However, these gatherings are not mental health counseling or therapy, and they are not a substitute for individual mental health treatment. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship, and anyone in need of professional mental health care is encouraged to seek support from a licensed provider. Yesh Tikva staff can help you connect with an appropriate provider.

Join a Supportive Space

Yesh Tikva hosts peer supportive spaces centered around the many stages and experiences of infertility and family building, free of charge.
